Cash Registers Online Warranties
1. If a register arrives dead out of box, we will replace the cash register with a new one upon receipt of the damaged merchandise, freight prepaid.
a. You must call us and allow us to help you RAM the your cash register. Many times registers need to be reset when being used for the first time.
2. If your order comes damaged due to shipping, you will need to file a claim with UPS and notify Cash Registers Online. We
will then send you a new cash register upon receipt of the claim.
3. Damaged merchandise is subject to our return policy and is not means to cancel a purchase.
The 25% restocking fee will be charged if order is cancelled due to Damaged goods.
Again, we will send out replacement upon filing of the claim.
4. All warranty issues will be handled by Cash Registers Online only and not the original manufacturer.
a. Warranty work will be completed by CRO and the equipment must be shipped to us, freight prepaid.
b. Warranty issues are not a reason to return your equipment for a full refund. All refunds must fall under our return policy guidelines.
c. Warrnty issues do not waive the 25% restock fee. The warranty is in place to cover any problems with the equipment.
Limited Warranty and Disclaimer
(A) Cash Registers Online warrants the goods sold hereunder, if properly installed,
maintained, and operated under normal conditions with competent supervision, to be free from
any defects in material, operation, and workmanship for the period stated by each cash register or point of sale
manufacturer with invoice evidencing Cash Registers Online sale of the goods to the buyer. The obligations of
Cash Registers Online and the buyer's sole and exclusive remedy hereunder shall be limited
to the replacement or repair of any goods which are returned to Cash Registers Online,
transportation charges prepaid, and there determined by Cash Registers Online to be at
variance with the warranty. Again, all returns for warranty work, even if the cash register is brand new, must
be shipped to Cash Registers Online, shipping paid by customer.
(B) Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, we shall have no obligation hereunder in the event
the goods become defective in whole or in part as a result of improper installation, maintenance,
or repairs not made by Cash Registers Online, unauthorized modifications, or as a result of
removal, improper use, abnormal operation by the buyer, or any other misuse or mistreatment of the goods.
